FD620D Engine Replacement

This is an open ended FD620D replacement kit that we will try to work together on to replace your worn out FD620D engine with a newer, larger, more efficient FD750D engine. We know there are a lot of different pieces of equipment out there with the FD620D engine installed that we want to retrofit something newer and better as a replacement.

We have various exhaust manifold and muffler options available. We also have custom control boxes with engine alerts that can be used for any new project you may want to design. We have been using and retrofiring the Kawasaki water cooled series of engines since their beginning. We have sold countless numbers of the FD series models for all sorts of applications. We have found however that because of the larger size and different crankshaft dimension of the FD750D, we are not able to supply an engine replacement option for the John Deere Gators, Kawasaki Mule, Or Argo platforms. We do however try to keep in stock the rebuild parts for the FD620D engine.
